Chloe designed our Creative Core for Growing Kids PILATES program and leads intensive teacher-training workshops to ensure every educator delivers with precision and care. As the sole globally certified PMA-NCPT Pilates professional, she brings proven
methodologies, unwavering ethical standards, and a warm leadership style to Grow & Wise.
Under her leadership, children and adults participating in the program have recorded an average 75% improvement in posture and 60% boost in focus within six months, as measured by our internal evaluation metrics.
We standardized all session plans, pre-class checklists, and risk-management guidelines to ensure 100% compliance with British Columbia’s Child Care Licensing Regulation under the Community Care and Assisted Living Act, as well as PMA (Pilates Method Alliance) ethical and safety standards.
As the only instructor certified by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA)—the sole global authority on the PMA-NCPT credential— Chloe integrates peer-reviewed, evidence-based methodologies into our curriculum.
Beyond her technical expertise, her warm mentorship and continuous teacher-training model ensure children move safely and accurately, while cultivating a learning culture in which every educator gains confidence and inspiration.
